What size should I order?
Check the size guide on each product page. Size up if you want a more oversized fit.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Australian domestic shipping is handled through Australia Post, which can typically take up to 7 business days post-dispatch. For international orders, expect shipping times to vary from 7 to 21 business days. At checkout, you will see an estimated time of delivery upon entering your delivery address.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Returns will be accepted if your product arrives damage or is incorrect. This does not include customer errors such as ordering the wrong size and/or colour. You will have 14 days to initiate a return before it becomes ineligible. For hygiene purposes, we do not accept products that appear dirty (e.g., makeup, smoky smell, etc.)
How should I wash my shirt?
Run through a cold machine wash, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry only, and do not bleach or iron directly over the cats!
Will designs restock?
Some cat designs may return, while others may stay as limited little drops. Pounce on a design whilst you can!
